Rules/Guidelines Regarding Age Limits

Children under 18:

Under age 9: *No membership charge if limited to playroom, other than playroom supervision charge

during supervised hours. Limited to playroom only, except for scheduled kids’

classes with ages stated.

* Parent(s)/Legal Guardian must remain on premises .

Ages 9-12: *No membership charge if limited to playroom, other than playroom supervision charge

during supervised hours.

*Allowed to use boxing area and pool with parental supervision if paying for family membership.

*Must have green form and membership card signed by parent/legal guardian before using membership.

*Parent(s)/Legal Guardian must remain on premises.

Ages 12-13: * No membership charge if limited to playroom, other than playroom supervision charge

during supervised hours.

*Allowed to use boxing area and pool with parental supervision if paying for family membership.

*Must have green form and membership card signed by parent/legal guardian before using membership.

*Equipment use and class participation only after approval from Julie Green. Must attend New Member Orientation class and/or personal training session in order to gain approval.

*Parent(s)/Legal Guardian must remain on premises.

Ages 14 - 18: * Must pay for membership.

*Allowed under family plan or as single student.

*Must have green form and membership card signed by parent/legal guardian before using membership.

*Must pay for own access card.

Over 18 years: *MUST PAY FOR OWN SINGLE MEMBERSHIP. MAY QUALIFY FOR

STUDENT RATE WITH CURRENT SCHOOL ID.

Parents are responsible for children at all times and all locations, including playroom.

If your child fails to follow Fit For Life policies, interacts inappropriately with others, destroys property, and/or fails to pick up after self, you will be asked to remove him/her from the facility. See playroom rules and policies for further information. Parents/Guardians are to register for playroom use and familiarize themselves with the rules and regulations prior to their children attending.

Insurance regulations and Texas state law require that parents/legal guardians of children under 14 years of age must remain in facility and in direct supervision of child/children at all times.

Fit For Life reserves the right to define adherence to all rules. Fit For Life reserves the right to alter rules without notice.
