Summer Success
Camille Green, a 54-year-old woman, started at a size 12. In one year, she dropped to size 2-4! She re-sculpted her body, changing the shape by losing fat and adding a little muscle, making her proportions very appealing. Camille changed her lifestyle, and she continues to eat healthy, work out consistently, and gain strength and confidence. She says that working out with weights and eating healthy foods has changed her perspective on life. She feels more confident, energetic, and happier. Camille trains with Julie twice per week, once on her own, and the other time with her husband, Allen. Training together has given them a common goal and the support they both need. Camille is currently training for her first fitness competition!

Christen Avantes, a 33-year-old woman, has dropped from 180+ lbs. to 125 lbs.! She also trains with Julie and attends group classes. Christen has also participated in Fit Challenges, giving her the motivation to be persistent in her workouts and healthy eating habits. Christen has increased her strength greatly, as evidenced by her improvements in fitness skills testing. She went from 21 sit-ups per minute originally to 45, and 20 push-ups to 62 per minute! Christen not only completed her first fitness photo shoot but is now also training for her first national fitness competition. What a transformation! She was so inspired that she has decided to study to become a personal trainer herself.

More Success
Both Cory and Robin Daniel have participated in Fit Challenges and even Advanced Fit Challenges. They transformed their bodies through attending and now teaching group classes, as well as through weight training, personal training, and healthy eating. They attended food lessons, and Cory participated in the Advanced Fit Challenge retreat. They support each other and are inspirations to our members.

David Arp lost 35 lbs. during his first Fit Challenge and continues to increase his physical fitness through training with Julie, group classes, Advanced Fit Challenges, and competitions. He recently completed his first marathon! David has found a support system at Fit For Life, as he is supported by others and also inspires members to achieve their fitness goals. He has truly adapted a healthy lifestyle, which he now maintains year after year. See Pictures
